INSIDE TU #29 – VOLLEY-DRILL

Our Junior Head Coach Andre Stenger is at our Summer Camp again in this video, where he takes you through a fitness based volley exercise. The coach calls out the color of the cone or number to which the player must touch the cone and then come back toward the net to play a volley. Mix up the amount of shots and the kind of feed they need to hit, depending on the level of player.
