INSIDE TU #6 – FOREHAND-DRILL
Inside TU video #6 looks at a Forehand specific drill with two progressions. The first part of the exercise requires the player hitting the ball deep into the marked zone 5 times in a row. The second part of the exercise repeats playing two balls in the marked zone but then moving on with the third ball into the zone on the left or to the right of the sector. Instead of playing 5 balls in the sector we usually do this with 40 balls.
