INSIDE TU #8 – HIP AND CORE STABILITY
Today we are in the gym to finish our day with several hip/core stability exercises where the athlete performs several holds and walks with the kettle bell(s). Most importantly the athlete must be able to perform these exercises without swinging, or losing control of the weights. Start with less weight but the right technique.
