Made it back into the Top 40 – Petra Martic

Petra came to the TU in November 2016. She was still injured with her back and had been out for 6 months already. We did the rehab part together with the physics and started building her up in the beginning of the year to prepare her for her comeback.
In the beginning of April 2017 Petra played her first tournament, quails in Santa Margherita die Pula at a 25k event. She won the tournament and went on a incredible 17-3 run leading up to Roland Garros, where she qualified and won 3 rounds in the main draw, losing to Svitolina after being up 5-2 in the third set. She did the same thing again in Wimbledon where she qualified and made 4rth round and was soon climbing the rankings back to top 100.
