Our first player – Sriram Balaji
Sriram Balaji, called „Bala“, was the first player of the TU. A very loyal, honest and hard working character he put in a lot of work and became a Davis Cup player for India during these years. As the pictures show he was nowhere near the athlete that he has become after many years of training. The task from his sponsor at the time was to make a „german man out of this indian boy.”
He has been an ambassador for our academy and we are very proud of his professional but also personal development. He just recently broke into the top 100 in the ATP-Doubles rankings, much more to come.
